Cut-Piece Making Machine / Flying Blade Machine is specifically engineered for cutting EPE foam, air bubble sheets & Non-Woven Fabric into precise pieces. It also slits PP flute sheets and PP bubble guard sheets. With a standard width of 2,000 mm, this machine features 26 sharp, laser-cut blades that ensure optimal cutting efficiency. The main blade operates on a durable chain designed to handle the highest GSM of PP sheets, Maximum foam thickness of 100mm while the high-strength silicone roll enhances longevity for a lifetime of reliable performance.

User-friendly operation is facilitated through a 7″ LED touch screen, and the machine is powered by Two units of high-performance FUJI 1.5 kW & 1kW servo motor, synchronized with industry-leading DELTA PLC technology for precise control. Its robust design includes a metalized powder-coated finish and a solid iron chassis, ensuring durability and resilience.
